GROUND WORKS MAKES FLOOR CLEANING A BREEZE

Eliminates stubborn, caked on oil and grease with ease.

is a concentrated, high-performance alkaline floor cleaner formulated for use in large automatic scrubber machines. Designed specifically for parking garages, maintenance facilities, warehouses, loading areas, and other heavily trafficked concrete surfaces, it removes petroleum soils, road film, tire residue, brake dust, concrete fines, and winter deicing contaminants.

combines the grease-cutting performance expected from an industrial degreaser with the low-foam, clean-rinsing characteristics required for modern automatic scrubber equipment. Its double-strength formula provides economical daily cleaning of parking garages and industrial concrete floors without relying on excessive surfactant or aggressive solvent loading.

Its balanced builder, chelant, and surfactant system provides effective cleaning at low use concentrations while helping control foam, suspend particulate soil, and promote efficient recovery through the machine’s vacuum and squeegee system.

The double-strength formula is designed for routine cleaning at approximately 0.5 fluid ounce per gallon of water, providing economical performance with reduced packaging, handling, and storage requirements.

    Directions for Use

    Routine Daily Cleaning

    Dilute:

0.5 fluid ounce of product per gallon of water

    Equivalent dosing:

    • 2 oz per 4 gallons
    • 4 oz per 8 gallons
    • 5 oz per 10 gallons
    • 10 oz per 20 gallons
    • 16 oz per 32 gallons

Add water to the autoscrubber solution tank first, then add the measured product. Avoid excessive agitation or splashing when filling.

Scrub using the pad or brush recommended for the floor surface and soil conditions. Recover the cleaning solution promptly using the machine’s vacuum and squeegee system.

    Moderate Soil

    Use:

0.75–1.0 fluid ounce per gallon of water

Use the lowest concentration that provides satisfactory cleaning. Increased concentration may increase foam or leave additional residue.

    Heavy Soil and Oil-Contaminated Areas

    For accumulated petroleum soil:

    1. Apply a stronger diluted solution to the affected area.
    2. Allow approximately 3–5 minutes of dwell time.
    3. Do not allow the solution to dry.
    4. Agitate with the appropriate brush or pad.
    5. Recover the loosened soil with the autoscrubber.
    6. Repeat or rinse if necessary.

For best results, use a two-pass procedure:

    • First pass: solution down, vacuum off.
    • Allow a short dwell period.
    • Second pass: scrub with vacuum and recovery system operating.

    Hot-Water Use

The diluted product may be evaluated for use with warm or heated cleaning water. Confirm equipment-manufacturer temperature limits and product compatibility before routine use at elevated temperatures.

    Foam Control

Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless necessary. Overuse may increase foam, residue, and recovery-tank loading.

    If excessive foam develops:

    • Confirm the product is being accurately diluted.
    • Check for detergent residue from previously used products.
    • Empty and rinse the recovery tank.
    • Confirm that oils or contaminants in the recovery tank are not contributing to foam.
    • Use only a compatible recovery-tank defoamer when permitted by the machine manufacturer.
